https support request
Forum Gods,
While reading this forum today Comcast popped up a warning that I'm near my data cap--they recently started metering my usage. While I have an issue with that, that is not my issue here. The pop up was JS code embedded into forum output. That IS a problem for me. This intrusion and possibly others (e.g. ads) can be easily resolved by supporting HTTPS. This will also protect our privacy. Thanks. |

RE: https support request
Also worth noting that Let's Encrypt makes this fairly easy to implement.
(Do note that embedded objects (images) served from non-HTTPS hosts will annoy web browsers, but it won't prevent the page from working. Also note that eventually, JavaScript will be allowed to do less and less by web browsers in coming years, if the site isn't using HTTPS.) |

They have been at this for a while: https://blog.ryankearney.com/2013/01/com...b-traffic/ I know all ISPs spy, but it really doesn't sink in until they alter my traffic. |

RE: https support request
Good news! (NOT)
The current administration has now made it even more profitable for ISPs to collect your data and monitor your traffic. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-...d680ca269d Graph 3D | QPI | SolveSys |
