Although I don't recognize it specifically, it's either a RAM-based ROM emulator for developers (in which case very nice), or it holds standard EPROM chips to emulate HP ROM (in which case, less interesting). Either way, likely of interest to collectors, and reasonably priced for Europe. I'm surprised it's still there...

I have a identical box. It holds software for the german Bausparkasse, CAT2 is -BSH 1A. It was given to the employees in a nice leather suitcase, together with a HP-41CV and a printer.

You may reprogram the EPROMs if you like and know how to do it. You'll find some information (in French) here.
