Problem with Exam Mode
I bought HP Prime a few weeks ago, updated to 12066 (latest firmware)and tested out features based on the guide pdf.

There's a problem with the exam mode
https://ibb.co/hVoJga

That is :
the "hide" option does the same thing as the "erase" option
the "keep and restore" option does the same thing as the "keep" option
It didn't went through this (clearing memory) :
https://ibb.co/h54c7F
(virtual calculator)

Similarly when I tried to Reset to Factory Settings
which is Apps+Esc+On and got stuck here (clearing memory) :
https://ibb.co/bziyEv
(I took of the battery, back to where I started)

Any help?
(and am i the only one with this problem or is it a firmware bug?)

What does "got stuck here" mean? For example, is the keypad unresponsive? Apps key doesn't work? Can't switch between [Home] and [CAS]? Etc.

This might help:
Hold C-F-O keys and press On. From there select item 4 FLS Utility. Next, select item 3 Format Disk C. When that completes, [Esc] select Reset (item 9) and update the firmware, (Connectivity Kit: Help Menu Update Calculator, or right-click on the calculator in the leftmost pane select Update firmware).

"here" means https://ibb.co/bziyEv
I was stuck in a screen saying CLEARING MEMORY and had to take off the battery to get out of it.

I did as what you said and I think you mean C-F-O-Reset.
And it works, Thanks

but NOW HP Prime restarts everytime it does CLEARING MEMORY..(not supposed to happen right?, even though the clearing process actually works normally), maybe I should Format again.

Edit : I tried 3x but same result :/ Well, it doesn't rly matter anyway. It's much better than what I started with. Thanks Dale Big Grin
