Epson HX-20 EpsonLink manual?

A friend is looking for the manual of the Epson HX-20 ROM called 'EpsonLink'. We found an image of the ROM but it is not intuitive to use the program. Does anyone have a copy of this manual in any language? Thank you!

You have to create an account. Maybe it's of help. Me myself didn't use that page. So no experience with.

I just got an HX-20 that has EpsonLink, and I'll give you a few pointers.
First, do a reset (press the button on the right)
Then, do initialize, CTRL-@
After entering the date, go into basic (need to do this first)
Go back to the menu, and then you can start EpsonLink.

It says on the rom that its address is 6000, it's in the EXP board in the 3B rom slot.
Settings: Dip switches are Off, On, On, Off

It comes with a keyboard overlay...
top is:
PF1 - TAB CLEAR
PF2 - MARGIN RELEASE
PF3 - SETUP
PF4 - INSERT TEXT
PF5 - OUTPUT TEXT

bottom is:
PF1 - TAB SET
PF2 - MARGIN SET
PF3 - TABS & MARGIN
PF4 - INSERT LINE
PF5 - DELETE LINE

I'm sure one of these is PF6-10 but idk which one.

On the other side of the EpsonLink overlay is this overlay for the terminal emulator:

top is:
PF1 - PRINTER/MODEM
PF2 - BLOCK RECEIVE
PF3 - BLOCK TRANSMIT
PF4 - 80 CHAR X 20 L
PF5 - 20 CHAR X 80 L

bottom is:
PF1 - PAUSE/CONTINUE
PF2 - TAPE RECEIVE
PF3 - TAPE TRANSMIT
PF4 - SETUP
PF5 - EXIT

I figured out that shift - PF# is the top of the overlay.
