Transferts on HP50g

Hi all,

I've a issue when trying install a program from HPcalc to my 50g black or blue.
Many years ago no problem but now today....

Any ideas ?

Hi there,
Well, using the conectivity for hp 50g this one don't recognize the hp 50g as you can see in attachement.

But the PC recognize my hp 50g when attached with the cable !!!

When I search in devices, I see that the pilote is missing but no ways to install it.

My Pc is asus win10 pro, I think in the past (2008) I was with Xp pack 3.

I give in attachements some pictures for you understand best my issue.

I'm afraid that my HP50g are too old now, but in Hpcalc.org many programms are intersting for me even today.

As said Bob, may be experts are giving me the solution !

I didn't use the cable to connect the HP50G to the computer for years. So I'm not sure if the connectivity software still works on Win 10/11. Maybe someone else can write something about that.

I transfer my files with the SD card between PC and HP50G for years now. I can only recommend that you obtain an SD card reader and an SD card (1 GB or less).

Conn4x (the Connectivity Kit) does work on Windows 10 and 11 (I've used it that way for some time). But installing it successfully requires you to temporarily disable driver signature enforcement (just for the install -- it's fine after that).

This video shows the steps for a Windows 10 PC. The steps are pretty much the same for Windows 11, but the screen layout is different than what the video shows. The choices are the same, though.
