SHARP PC-1500A with 12K Memory?
Hello all
I just got a PC-1500A with a CE-161.(SN:5A00571D) I check the memory by the command "NEW0" then "MEM" & ENTER, it returned "12090" on the screen. when installed the CE-161, it returned "28474" on the screen. Does anyone knows why this 1500A has 12K RAM? I checked the web, but I can not get any information on this. Thanks! BR, |

RE: SHARP PC-1500A with 12K Memory?
Interesting. I recently bought the same set of PC-1500A and CE-161 in new condition, original Sharp product and the memory shows correctly.
I have a different problem though. Most of the instruments in this series have the A-Z variables expressed both automatically and by the A(1)-A(26) transformation. Unfortunately, in this instrument it doesn't work. However, the manual for the PC-1500A says it works like this. Can you test that this is indeed the case, but this method of calling the variable using A(1-26) does not work? Finally I found in the German manual that in PC-1500A the variable A is represented by @, so correctly @(1) is equal to A, @(2) is equal to B etc. |
